Dave Leverton is an experienced Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), driving instructor trainer and Level 7 qualified coach, as well as a lifetime member of the International Institute of Coaching & Mentoring.
Having qualified as an ADI at the first attempt, Dave went on to run a successful driving school franchise before moving into instructor training and development. He has helped train and support hundreds of trainee and qualified driving instructors, and later became Academy Director for one of the UK's largest national driving schools, with responsibility for developing and delivering instructor training for over 3,000 PDIs.
Today, through Driving Success with Dave Leverton, Dave works with PDIs, ADIs and learners, providing in-car instructor training, coaching, webinars and online professional development. Dave also continues to provide driving lessons himself.
Dave is also an experienced conference presenter and speaker within the driver-training industry, sharing practical coaching techniques designed to help instructors develop both themselves and their pupils.
His approach is simple: great training isn't just about knowing what to do — it's about developing the skills and confidence to put that knowledge into practice.
